Return/Refund Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. All items must
be  returned in like new condition and no refunds will be given, only
exchanges for the same item or another item of equal value. You must
receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to
receive authorization prior to sending us a return, you may not receive a
replacement.

Please email us at webmaster@shreveministries.org for authorization prior
to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your replacement.

Shipping Policy:

We accept orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. If we do not have shipping setup for your country, please  contact us and we will add your country. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping charges for you based on the size of your order. Available items should arrive no later than two weeks of the purchase date. You will be notified when items that are on backorder or currently unavailable are shipped.
